We are in the Kelsy River CSX/NS/Marwin Rail freight yards when I saw Amtrak P099 passing CSX Q812 while it was waiting for track clearance. BTW, Amtrak's Grand Starlight had 2 surprises: An Amtrak F40PH and F7B pulling the train and ex-Santa Fe coaches!
