This is my first of five autocross runs in my 1972 Lincoln Continental 4 door sedan, at the Goodguys Summer Get-Together in Pleasanton, Ca. on May 31st, 2009. No previous experience autocrossing or track racing of any kind, this was my first run ever! No, this car isn't built for this at all, but I couldn't care less, it was fun as hell! Car is 99% stock, 460/C6 on stock wheels, tires, suspension, brakes, motor and trans. Electronic ignition and an Edelbrock carburetor are the only modifcations. Stock 215hp and 5200 pounds, so not exactly built for speed, but who cares? Run whatchya brung ;)
